Bot Automation

Choose your bot below for its award setup instructions.

Copy, paste, test

Open a trophy in Manage Trophies.
Under Award with a web request → Basic, choose your bot. Copy the prepared value.
Follow the short steps shown for your bot. Choose who may trigger awards in the bot's command permissions.
Test through Twitch with a viewer who has signed in to Trophy Case and added your shelf. Check their case; repeating the award should not create a duplicate.

You do not need Advanced setup for a single trophy. The prepared values already contain your keys, trophy code, and bot variable.

If the test does not work

What happens	What to check
Nothing happens	Bot connected, command enabled, and caller has permission? Local bots must be running.
Missing recipient	Test through Twitch; manually running an action may not provide a username.
Request rejected	Use POST unless you selected Nightbot. Recopy the setup if keys or trophy code changed.
Viewer needs a shelf	Have them sign in and add your shelf, then retry.
Already owned	Setup worked; duplicate trophies are not awarded.
Too many requests	Wait briefly and increase the bot command cooldown.

GET compatibility

Use POST for all listed bots except Nightbot. Nightbot uses verified GET requests in the trophy owner's channel.

Keep copied values, script downloads, bot exports, and request logs private. Never paste an Award Secret into chat or a public request relay. Changing it in Settings → Award Keys requires updating your bot setup.
